Summary: The CPFR Associate Manager - Customer Supply Chain & Inventory is responsible
To support SC Johnson's Corporate Account Team with demand forecasting and inventory management tactics designed to meet and exceed the customer's goals for productive inventory and service levels for the entire SCJ product portfolio.
To facilitate the collaboration process between SCJ and Walmart and their cross functional teams, namely Sales, Replenishment, Product Supply, Supply Chain and Logistics to reach a demand-forecast consensus with defined demand based supply chain / logistics capacity execution requirements.
To communicate, persuade, and ensure proper execution in-line with the demand-forecast consensus and demand based supply chain / logistics capacity requirements.
In addition to CPFR responsibilities, this role is the single point of accountability for the effective implementation of sustainable, cost effective, supply chain processes.
Key
Responsibilities:
This position requires detailed customer level planning at the national, DC, and store levels, creating inventory and demand analysis for solutions, using both SCJ Walmart systems and analytic tools.
This position has numerous interfaces internally and externally that requires experience, good judgment, people skills, persuasion skills, process understanding and accurate presentation of data to management.
Develop forecasts, track and recap promotional events.
Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrections of errors in promotion and supply chain execution processes as necessary.
Monitor and report on performance scorecards (weekly/monthly/quarterly) as required by SCJ and Walmart. (e.g. DOS, Service Levels, Fill Rates, In-stock, reverse logistics levels/risks, etc)
Execute value-added services to drive competitive advantage and improved effectiveness.
Execute flexible, low cost supply chain options that lowers cost-to-serve for SCJ and Walmart including Efficiency Program Compliance.
Manages day to day issues related to Supply Chain efficiency.

Required Experience &
Qualifications:
1. Four year college degree
2. 5-7 years successful experience in Supply Chain, Account Management, or CATS. Previous CPFR experience a significant plus.
3. Working knowledge of computer software (Proficiency with Microsoft Office, BW, SAP)
Preferred Experience &
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a CPFR role supporting the Walmart or Sam's Account
