Area Sales Manager
Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
Strategic solutions sales approach
Learn and continually absorb, industry knowledge and trends
Prospecting and lead generation
Building a pipeline of potential accounts
Territory and Time Management
Database tracking/logging of activities
On-site data gathering and analysis
Preparing and Presenting Proposals
Ensure requests for quotes are properly followed up on
Providing pricing and other market feedback
Maintaining long term relationships with new and existing accounts
General understanding of all equipment and software - Training Provided
Other duties as assigned and related to this role.
Requirements and
Qualifications:
Proven track record of current/previous sales success
Understanding of all aspects of the sales cycle; generation to close
Prospecting and new account development experience
Account management; proposing, contracting and managing account relationships
Ability to manage a large pipeline of activities and to work with multiple opportunities in parallel
Willingness to learn, and continually absorb, industry knowledge and trends
Self-starter; ability to work well independently as well as excel in a team environment
Excellent communication skills (interpersonal and written)
Personable, overachiever with a high energy
Competitive with a strong dedication to integrity and honesty
Focused on providing customer satisfaction; experience developing long terms relationships
Excel, Word, & PowerPoint knowledge a must
Compensation, Benefits and other information:
Visible, exciting work supporting/developing the sales of cutting edge technology and workflow solutions.
Excellent Compensation Package- includes base salary, plus commission and other incentives
Income is uncapped, 1st year expected income range $ 55,000.00 - 65,000.00
