Job Description: Professional Retail Sales Consultant
Summary
o The successful candidate will be effective at helping customers determine their needs and fulfilling them. Creativity and passion for great customer service are key to success. Past retail experience is a plus! Our associates participate in ongoing training and are expected to be the best in the industry. In 2013 our sales associates who worked all year made a minimum of $36,775.26 and a maximum of $96,614.65!! This job is for commissioned sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
o Interact with customers in a retail environment
o Determine needs and advise customers on their purchases
o Accurately enter information in point of sale system
o Track customer orders
o Communicate with customers after the sale
o Help maintain a clean, orderly work environment

Requirements
Skills
Computer
o The sales person must have basic computer skills.
Language
o Must be able to communicate in English effectively, both in writing and verbally well enough to prepare and read reports, make presentations, and interact with peers and management. Fluency in languages in addition to English is a plus!
Other
o Must be able to complete work, have good people skills, and must be self confident and willing to learn.
o Must have a cheerful, friendly, professional demeanor.
o Retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
