You earn income every time one of your clients pays their bill so if they are your customer for 20 years you earn income for 20 years on that one sale. With our client, you can go through our training program part time while keeping your regular job or jump in right away with both feet.
The agency is in the process of recruiting a couple of talented individuals who are interested in being their own boss, creating their own job security in the insurance industry and making as much income as they want to fulfill their dreams! As an agent, they will train you to help your customers by conducting needs analysis and putting together the right insurance package for them.
The flexible training program allows you to begin your career on a part time or full time basis. Through the first three years, our client provides an excellent subsidy program with a base guarantee of at least $84,000 for hitting the minimum requirements. This program is in addition to your commissions.
With our client, you are not limited to just life insurance or group supplemental insurance or workers comp or health insurance or commercial insurance or investment products or auto or home insurance. As an agent, you will have all of those products to offer your customers. You can tailor fit a package of products for every customer to help them best and maximize your income.
You MUST:
be business minded
be eager to learn and succeed
have excellent communication skills
have a desire to be your own boss
have a college degree or 4 years of solid work experience
be a U.S. citizen or have a permanent Visa
have no criminal convictions
have good credit
have a driver's license
