Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator assists in the tracking and monitoring of project and resources across Rockfish. They work closely with the operations team to to oversee and supporting internal processes to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Responsibilities:
Opens jobs within WebVantage according to New Job Policy
Enters resource data into system including staffing & PTO
Monitors & reports Missing Time
Provides ad hoc system reports as requested
Tracks & processes company contracts & internal approvals
Serves as expert on company procedures & processes
Facilitates new hire time entry & WebVantage training
Requirements:
1 - 2 years working experience in project management or finance
Outstanding attention to detail
Proficient in Excel
Experience with Webvantage a PLUS!
Ability to perform repeatable tasks with accuracy while looking for ways to improve processes
Ability to work as part of a larger team and support numerous internal clients
Flexible and adaptable to meet needs of growing business(es)
Ability to work with a variety of personality types
Capability to multi-task and support and take direction from numerous people

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
