At Rockfish, our Directors, Client Operations are responsible for leading digital client programs from concept to delivery. They ensure client satisfaction by aligning client objectives and Rockfish capabilities to deliver on the promise of excellence in execution.
Responsibilities:
Develop customized solutions (strategies and tactics) for mutual growth and profit
Accurately forecasts budget and controls costs
Effectively utilizes staff including delegating as appropriate
Carefully monitor team's time; ensures all team members are allocated to meet billable objectives
Demonstrate internal leadership and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver projects to clients with agreed upon scope
Provide excellent people leadership to direct reports
Oversee and manage a healthy and growing book of business
Requirements:
Ideally, 7
years' experience working in a digital agency setting
Strong shopper marketing background
required
Ability to successfully interface with both clients and internal team
Exceptional communication skills - both oral and written
Ability to review data and provide analysis to keep work on time and on budget
Demonstrates business management with financial acumen
Possesses deep digital knowledge and experience and can leverage to achieve client's objectives
Ability to mentor and grow others
Ability to identify opportunity to partner with other functions and drive return on investment for clients
Ability to work harmoniously as part of a larger team
Flexible and adaptable to meet needsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
