Summary:
Responsible for providing financial reporting, analysis and support for the Nestl Walmart Team, which is represents five Nestl Operating Companies. Assemble monthly reporting and sales forecasts. Consolidate Operating Company Joint Business Plans for comprehensive Nestl JBP. Provide business analysis in the areas of Finance, Supply Chain, Sales and ; Work with teams to enhance business processes through automation, process improvements and process development. Work on ad-hoc projects, as needed.
PRIMARY
Responsibilities:

Monthly Reporting
Assemble the Nestl Walmart Team monthly reporting package (Sales and Inventory data, Shipment and POS forecasts, Nestl Continuous Excellence Measure Tracker)
Ensure that Monthly Operational Review measures are populated in advance of reviews
Preparation of monthly Executive Leadership Team review deck
Population of performance scorecard and metrics


Joint Business Plan Consolidation
Consolidate Opco-Walmart Joint Business Plans into a single Nestl -Walmart Joint Business Plan
Maintain reporting against JBP
Assemble updates and related presentations, as needed

Business and Ad-hoc Analysis
Perform financial modeling to analyze cross-functional business results and opportunities
Support analysis of Nestl performance and opportunities
Project work, as needed

Business Processes
Focus on process improvements across Finance and Opco teams
Automate manual data processes
Establish and document best practices
Assist in implementation of Nestl Continuous Excellence (NCE)
Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience in Business or Sales Analysis or Finance Information Technology positions preferred

REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:
?nbsp; Bachelor degree required. Concentration in Accounting, Finance or equivalent preferred
