Summary:
This strategic advisor is responsible for connecting Nestl corporate and local resources as well as driving both Walmart and Nestl Senior Management. Supports category roadmap activation at the customer level. Develops category plans and leads the retailer as the category captain. Conducts higher level insights and category reviews as required for specific customer. Leads the development of the category by incorporating market, shopper, customer & consumer insights to inform shelf and assortment plans.
PRIMARY
Responsibilities:

Category Insights
Uses category insights as the basis for appropriate product groupings, defining or understanding category structure, developing or understanding appropriate role for category
Completes consumer, supplier, marketplace and retailer assessments
Performs shelf performance assessments and integrates Nestl objectives into retailer strategies
Conducts 4P market analyses of category for retailer
Analyzes retailer? shopper buying habits and trends
Selling Support
Supports Category Roadmap activation at the customer-level
Supports the development of sell-in stories for account management from a category perspective
Collaborates with account management and shopper marketing team to deliver Roadmap activation
Customer Category Plan Development & Activation
Develops category scorecard
Develops assortment, retail pricing, promotion, shelving and product tactics and plans
Collaborates with account management and shopper marketing team to deliver an implementation calendar for Roadmap activation
Supports new item plans from a category perspective
Conducts periodic and annual category reviews
Oversees the development and revision of plan-o-grams
Develops line extension opportunities
Other Job Related Activities
Develops account specific Nielsen reports on Dynamic reporting for monthly publication
Experience:
3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing
Knowledge of Nestl and its trade customer base
Knowledge of Nestl categories
