Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about hotel services - Check guests in and out efficiently, processing payments and managing reservations - Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments - Assist guests with requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
Qualifications:
