Job Overview:
We deliver, repair, install all varieties of durable medical equipment & Respiratory supplies in homes throughout Northwest Arkansas.
The position of DME Technician is primarily delivery (in home or in office), set up (Explain use & cleaning with patients), and maintenance of said equipment.
Additional Tasks to include (but not limited to):
answering questions & problem solving directly with patients and staff performing routine repairs on equipment or scheduling equipment repairs (warranty work) aiding in inventory and resupplying as needed for patients Requirements:
ability to lift 50 pounds computer skills - basic knowledge is acceptable, our system can be taught clean driving record and clean criminal background check High school Diploma or equivalent friendly personality (working directly with patients of all ages) Self-motivated and ability to multi-task Medical experience is helpful, but not required.
We will teach you! Must be willing to take calls on nights and weekends periodically for Emergency On-call service.
This is as a backup or substitute to another person who takes call.
Additional pay for these days.

Paid Holidays Monthly Paid Personal Day 1 week paid vacation after 6 months of employment, with additional weeks for years of service up to 3 weeks.
