Our ideal candidate is detail oriented, articulate, self-driven, punctual, and reliable and highly energetic and friendly.
Responsibilities Greet Patients and take their medical histories Spanish speaking required Coordinate, schedule, and confirm patient appointments Provide patients with information regarding services or claims Verify Patients Insurance Benefits Reconcile Patient Ledgers Assist in collections from patients Data entry Check emails multiple times per day Answer Phones Keeping up with proper paperwork Basically everything that it takes to run a front desk.
Qualifications Experience working as a medical/chiropractic receptionist a must! Bilingual (Spanish) speaking is a must Friendly, happy, outgoing, and engaging personality, If you're shy, this isn't the position for you! Ability to work towards a common goal with little supervision Must be a self starter and not wait to be told to do something.
Integrity is a must! If you can't be trusted not to be on our cell phone, or not work when the boss isn't around, this isn't the position for you! Must fulfill job description daily, this is not optional.
We rely on things getting completely done daily for operations to run smoothly.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills If you are someone who misses work, or is late, this will not be the position for you.
Must be able to remember lots of information and use it accordingly.
Must be a team player Strong work ethic Must be able to write professional letters/emails correctly Must be professional! Must be a multi-tasker!
