45 each morning Greets Patients with a warm and friendly smile Confirm account information Answer patient calls, emails, texts, and questions, including emergency and new patients, scheduling, account, insurance eligibility and claim status Checks out patients with a warm and appreciative approach During checkout, files insurance, provides pre-treatment estimates, schedules upcoming appointments.
Confirms operative and sedation appointments Maintains schedule Maintains the reception room Patient Service Specialists Qualifications Hight school diploma or GED Some college or post-high school training or experience Customer service experience Exceptional phone and in-person communication skills Friendly and personable Punctual Reliable Attention to details Ethical and maintains patient confidentiality Team player Enjoys learning and self-improvement Stable previous work experience demonstrating longevity at previous jobs Patient Service Specialists Work Schedule Monday - Thursday 7:
