Heavy day-to-day interaction with executive management.

Manage and maintain executive's schedules.

Prepare reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet or presentation software.

Perform specialized work requiring knowledge of technical terminology.

Draft documents, including but not limited to, Listing Contracts, Letters of Intent, Offers, Counter Offers, Addenda, Amendments, Lease Agreements and ARA forms.
12.
Track and maintain critical date schedules for pending closings.
13.
Coordinate documents for and assist with closings.
14.
Prepare leasing and sale commission invoices.
15.
Communicate with clients regarding managed and listed properties.
16.
Coordinates projects with interns.
17.
Prepare binders for tour packages, closing books, etc.
18.
Assist in the preparation of brokerage-related reports.
19.
Site research, pull demographics for major retail tenants.
20.
Assist clients with investment related requests.
21.
Prepare various Excel spreadsheets.
22.
File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports.
23.
Organizes and maintains paper and electronic files.
24.
Disseminate information by using the telephone, mail services, web sites and e-mail.
25.
At times, may be required to field telephone calls, receive and direct visitors, filing and faxing.
26.

Ability to work overtime and remotely.
