This is more than your average dental office; we spend time getting to know or patients and work hard to provide amazing dentistry.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Meeting daily, weekly and monthly production and collection goals Managing overhead Accounts Payable and Receivable Prepare and present treatment plan and financial estimates to patients for all prescribed treatment Assist patient with financial arrangements Insurance verification, submission and reconciliation Handle all treatment paperwork including consent, policy and financial forms Effectively communicate and develop a strong working relationship with the doctor and promote teamwork through cooperative and professional behaviors.
Answer and return incoming calls from patients Contact patients on the hygiene recall list to ensure no patient slips through the cracks Ensure all patient information is collected and accurate.
We are open Full Time (4-5 days a week).
Previous experience in the dental field and a love of helping people is required.
