Duties and Responsibilities Professionally handle all phone calls Ensure all calls are redirected correctly as necessary Greet clients/guests in a professional manner Assist potential clients in navigating the process for assistance through OHC or a partner agency Ensure the front office is ready for business each morning Secure and prepare the front office for close of business each afternoon Demonstrate professional conduct at all times Perform other related duties as needed Qualifications Must embrace the mission of Our Healthy Communities, Inc.
Possess empathy, interpersonal skills, and the ability to seize opportunities Demonstrate excellence in organizational and verbal/written communication skills Be a self-starter and exhibit follow through on tasks and goals Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Working Conditions Office environment May be required to lift up to 25 pounds Non-Physical Demands Must possess the ability to multi-taskk Job Type:
