Experience Matters:
Preferably 2
years in restaurant management.
Back of House Champion:
Comfortable supporting the kitchen team is a big advantage.
Age Requirement:
Must be at least 21 years old.
Availability is Key:
Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is a must.
Reliable transportation is required.
Certifications:
Able to obtain required certifications/permits as per state/local law.
Tech-Savvy:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
Health Code Guru:
Knowledgeable about local and state health codes.
Tech Toolbox:
Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and HotSchedules is preferred.
Financial Insight:
P&L knowledge is a plus.
