Responsibilities:
As the Call Center Dispatch Manager, you will:
Supervise, organize, mentor, and coach the call center/dispatch team.
Cultivate a supportive work environment, enhancing staff morale, collaboration, and overall job satisfaction.
Develop performance evaluations for Dispatch Supervisors and Dispatchers, ensuring operational and coaching practices that drive performance results and individual employee development needs.
Develop and conduct professional development sessions with direct reports as needed.
Design and facilitate skill development programs for team members deeply rooted in recurring coaching and training sessions.
Consistently monitor and facilitate efficiency/improvements in call center operations, i.

monitoring system performance, identifying and resolving problems, completing individual call audits, managing process improvements, quality assurance programs, etc.
Perform HR functions for call center by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
Obtain expert-level knowledge of dispatching processes, software, and systems through ongoing training and development.
Develop and promote a customer service driven culture to enhance overall customer experience, satisfaction and retention.
Develop and implement comprehensive policies and procedures to streamline and optimize daily operations, specifically focusing on efficient scheduling of employees.
Foster collaboration with department managers across the company to ensure seamless communication and coordination, enhancing overall operational effectiveness.
Provide regular and insightful reports to executive-level team members, offering a detailed overview of call center operations and give strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
What we are looking for:

years of experience managing a team of 10 or more people.
Someone who has a clear and complete idea of workplace soft skills and how those skills relate to individuals and team professional successes and a workplaces' balanced culture.
Experience in a call center/customer service industry.
Bachelor's Degree with continued education.
Strong analytical skills Expert level organizational skills.
Excels in recognizing needed efficiencies and implementing fast and appropriate changes.
Positive and motivating attitude with a desire to boost office/team culture.
Ability to develop and execute a training program.
Focus on staff retention.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Working Schedule:
Expect a standard 40-45 hour workweek with the expectation to establish rotating office hours to make you available and seen by all dispatch employees.
This will ensure effective collaboration with the entire dispatch team, covering daily, overnight, and weekend schedules.
As the dispatch team operates round-the-clock, 365 days a year, your commitment to this rotation is crucial for maintaining seamless operations.
Work Environment:
This job operates in an office setting, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, scanners, and filing cabinets.
