Job Description:
We're in search of a part-time Orthodontic Assistant to join our Smile Squad.
Whether you're a seasoned hero with Invisalign and Myobrace knowledge or you're eager to learn, we welcome your enthusiasm and dedication.
As a vital member of our team, you'll assist our doctors, help manage various aspects of our practice, and be ready to spread your superhero magic to multiple locations in Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, and Fayetteville.
Your heroic presence is needed at least part-time.
Occasional dental assistant duties in the pediatric clinic for polishing and restorative assisting are expected.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Be a sidekick to our doctors during orthodontic procedures.
- Display familiarity with Invisalign and Myobrace, especially Myobrace.
- Unleash your powers at least 3 days a week, including Wednesdays and Thursdays.
- Embrace your flexible superhero cape and travel between our locations when needed.
- Manage patient records, policies, and reports like a pro.
- Ensure no smile is left behind by handling overdue patient follow-ups.
- Champion payment processing and financial coordination.
- Keep our lab appliances in check with prescriptions and orders.
- Fabricate Essix appliances - Perform your heroic duties in maintaining a smooth patient experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an orthodontic assistant is your cape and mask.
- Familiarity with Invisalign and Myobrace (Myobrace) is a superpower.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
