We are looking for highly motivated, extremely customer oriented staff.
You will be face to face with a high volume of clients on a day to day basis.
Duties will require you to invoice and collect payment, compile completed IRS forms pertinent to each individual client for signatures, responsible for making sure all correspondence is mailed to the correct taxing authority address, handle a high call volume consisting of scheduling appointments, sending and receiving confidential client information.
This position will require you to accurately follow many procedures while maintaining a fast paced and heavy workload during Tax Season.

Requirement:
Tax Office experience and some tax preparation is highly recommended for this position.
3 years office experience Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows operating system Extremely detail-oriented Job Type:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
