Summary Assists with installs, modifications, and repairs to computer hardware and software systems, and provides technical assistance and training to system users by performing the following duties.
Responsibilities Support desktop issues and Tier II IT Technician on a daily basis.
Computer hardware experience required.
Cat5 cabling experience and basic networking knowledge required.
Ability to troubleshoot independently.
Strong communication and prioritization / time management skills with the ability to handle multiple functions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
First shift position / Monday through Friday; subject to overtime as needed.
Requirements & Preferred Qualifications Ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in a professional IT environment.
This position is located in our food processing facility and is exposed to different smells, temperatures, and noises.
