Position SummaryWhat you'll do As a member of the of the Data Product group, you'll be responsible for supporting the Master Data Management, CILL, and Tax Data Hub teams as they evaluate large amounts of data.
You'll operate as a trusted advisor as it relates to efficiencies and best practices.
As a member of the Walmart Data Product Organization, you will be an integral part of improving the overall data strategy and processing through technology.
As we look at the growing needs of data, processing and analytics, you will help impact the data strategy by helping the team manage at the program level.

What You'll Do:
Program Monitoring and Coordination :
Monitor and evaluate the progress of the projects against approved milestones and timelines.
Lead cross functional and/or pillar coordination meetings to review schedule progress, health, issues/risks, and key dependencies of the projects.
Take appropriate measures when required to bring program health on track in case of adversity.
Influencing and Building Stakeholder Consensus:
To communicate, articulately and concisely, in a one-to-one/ stakeholder meeting involving one-two teams.
Proactively build personal network and seek and provide constructive feedback.
Present data and logic to and influence team, customers, and stakeholders.
Articulate results/recommendations in a structured manner using relevant data.
Actively listens to others and acknowledges different technical perspectives and connects to the product/technology in development.
Business Operations :
Participate in business task to get things done in own unit or area.
Communicate key considerations for business decision making process.
Comment on the organizations business model and financial goals What you'll Bring:
End-to-end delivery plans for complex solutions spanning multiple engineering teams.
Knowledge of core Project Management and Agile principles including the Scrum methodology.
Expertise in driving large-scale projects and working through multiple functions and teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment, ability to delegate and monitor others.
Advanced knowledge of industry project manager toolset (ex.
Jira, Confluence, Zoom, etc.
) and Microsoft products.
Knowledge of success metrics (KPIs) relevant to program context.
Experience working with Product Teams for delivery of software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to provide executive level summaries.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
