Responsibilities Own and develop strong relationships with assigned clients. Maintain consistent pipeline of business to meet or exceed quota attainment. Develop and leverage relationships to grow clients in assigned regions. Assess prospective and current clients with their potential needs. Establish effective communications with appropriate executives to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions. Develop and deliver proposals to support the new ongoing client engagement cycle. Develop annual sales plan and move those plans to execution to include focus against the Client's top KPI's. Deliver Acosta revenue and profit focusing on growth. Drive the internal financial management processes while focusing on selling incremental client services. Own client relationship and be accountable for overall client results. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelors Required 4
years consumer packaged goods industry experience (Sales, Insights or Mktg) 2
years of Acosta Leadership:
CBM, Department Manager, Team Leader, VP 1
years working across multiple functional areas Proven analytical ability with strong attention to detail, with experience managing a budget Demonstrated competence in the core Client Development, Role-Based Competencies - Interpersonal; Analytical; and Achievement Oriented. Understand assigned customers' strategies/roadmaps, organization, operations, shoppers, capabilities and best practices Self-motivated; self-starter; strong leadership and management ability. Strong presentation skills and interpersonal skills including ability to conduct presentations and negotiate. Prioritize multiple demands (retailer, manufacturer, Acosta) simultaneously and influence Associates for results. Assertive, creative, team player and proven sense of urgency. Proficiency with computers including in-depth knowledge of Microsoft suite of products, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and a working knowledge of Acrobat Adobe, scanning, Photo Shop, etc Acosta Sales & Marketing is an Equal Opportunity Employer

$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Account Management, Sales Management & OperationsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
