We are a fast-growing Garage door service and installation company looking for our next leader to join our Precision Family.

The General Manager will oversee performance of the sales operations, labor management, customers, and inventory management.
To be successful in this role, the candidate must be action oriented, drives staff development, diplomatic, a strong leader, values diversity and can manage conflict effectively.
Roles and
Responsibilities:
This position is accountable for overseeing proper inventory counts for all service/installation vehicles and warehouse inventory each month.
Inventory counts are to be reviewed and analyzed to determine appropriate inventory needs to maintain sufficient stock.
Order doors and /or parts from various vendors with accuracy and preciseness.
Manage and maintain CRM program with technician schedules, profiles and invoices Maintain HRIS system with promotion, demotions and relative notations.
The Operations/Sales Manager ensures overall customer satisfaction by assuming responsibility and respectfully heeding to customers complaints and/or discretions while holding the integrity of the company to the highest standards.
Assist recruiter with educating and developing all employees of Precision Door Service of NWA.
Facilitates the success of the technicians by offering knowledgeable, diplomatic responses to personnel and work conflicts while holding employees responsible for their individual contributions to the company's overall values/goals.
Oversees and accountable for all jobs dispatched by ensuring the appropriate jobs are assigned to the best technician equipped to drive the highest results based on the individual's strengths.
Maintains an efficient and accurate price book to ensure maximum availability of all parts and packages available to purchase within Precision Door Service of NWA.
Maintain highest level of customer service and sales expertise for all customer walk-in's and email inquiries.
Drives sales by putting the integrity of the company first and monitoring the success of technicians by developing personal goals and performance reviews.
Works cohesively with the office staff to coordinate:
Training schedules and meetings Personnel changes in the tech field Dispatch rotation Vehicle maintenance repairs, tunes ups, registration, etc.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent work experience A cultural match is a MUST (passionate, caring, people-focused, top-line driven while balancing operational initiatives and experience delivery) 5 years leadership skills in service industry or equivalent 5 years minimum sales management experience or equivalent Garage door and/ or inventory experience is a plus Excellent computer skills - has the ability to manipulate multiple programs simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team Leader / Team Play Accountable and adaptable Proven developer of people Proven delivery of successful financial results Holds team accountable to expected results Must be available to work Monday through Sunday 7AM -7PM.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
