Job Summary Jia Communities and it's sister organizations are seeking a Business Coordinator to become an integral member of our Executive Administration team.
To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess the ability to conduct a wide variety of tasks across multiple areas of focus.

Duties and Responsibilities Help develop strategic plans for the various businesses Evaluate success of different strategies Work with insurance brokers and legal counsel surrounding various topics Serve as a point of contact between departments and business partners Help identify synergies between the various internal business processes Ensure items are being met at both the Trust and Business level Help with scheduling networking and marketing events Book travel arrangements for team members throughout the business.
Schedule and track projects Work with local municipalities in coordinating meetings, site visits, or preparations for presentations Collaborate with leaders in various levels of meetings Develop training programs Perform recruiting activities:
phone interviews, onboarding new hires, and other HR duties as it relates to recruiting Maintain document control database Assist internal departments with special projects as needed Maintain complete discretion and professionalism regarding confidential information Performs other related duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required Strong organizational skills, deadline oriented, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities, workflow and multiple projects simultaneously Experience in Human Resources and/or Recruiting activities is ideal Accuracy and high-level attention to detail is essential Excellent organization and time management skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Collaborative and able to work with trade partners and employees across multiple departments Use of proper grammar and spelling; strong written and verbal communication skills and strong math aptitude Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to learn and grow with the company Ability to analyze information and identify discrepancies and inconsistencies Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong computer skills and experience with Apple iOS and Microsoft Suites Bachelor's degree in Business Management or similar field preferred Preferable 3-5 years of experience in an administration, office management, or project management capacity Health & Safety Factors Must follow all personal protective equipment and safety requirements.

30 Monday to Friday plus additional as required.
