Lead category management and insights initiatives for the Non-Carbonated portfolio at Walmart.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with Walmart buyers and support team through objective detailed analysis, insight and strategy development, and category business reviews.
Engage in Planogramming/Modular development process.
Ensure continual training and development to enhance business knowledge and analytical skills.
Conduct on-going detailed analysis and reporting, utilizing customer point-of-sale data, syndicated data, and consumer/shopper research.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
5-7 years of category management experience
3-5 years experience in analyzing and interpreting data and team/project management experience
Strong leadership skills: ability to influence activities of individual team members towards goals
Strong analytical skills: ability to link strategies and objectives to develop a plan
Excellent communication skills: ability to send and receive information clearly and concisely
Strong teamwork skills: posses exceptional group facilitation skills
Strong planning/organizing skills: capable of managing major projects simultaneously
Able to establish and attain high standards for self and team; able to make decisions and solve problems
Must be willing and able to travel 5-10% of the time

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
